Esports data and statistics provider PandaScore has recently expanded into the North American market by acquiring a betting license for the state of Colorado.

The license, obtained in July, permits PandaScore to operate as a vendor within Colorado and offer its esports odds, data, and products to licensed local operators.

PandaScore emphasized that Colorado’s well-established esports regulatory framework, which supports a range of eligible esports titles for regular betting, was a key factor in choosing the state as its entry point into the North American market.

Oliver Niner, Head of Sales at PandaScore, commented: “Colorado offers a robust market with numerous tier-one licensees, clear legislation, and a strong esports fan base. These factors made it an ideal state for PandaScore’s debut in North America.”

The company aims to support its local partners in enhancing their esports offerings with its competitive esports books and products, including its Bet Builder and Player Props solutions. Niner also mentioned that PandaScore is preparing to launch its first partnership in the state and is actively seeking additional partners. “We are engaging with all licensed operators in Colorado to introduce them to our esports betting odds, data, and products,” he said.

Looking forward, Niner indicated that PandaScore plans to pursue licenses in other states, including New Jersey and Ohio, in the coming months.

Founded in 2015, PandaScore delivers AI-driven statistics and odds for popular esports titles like League of Legends, Counter-Strike, and Dota 2 to teams, bookmakers, fantasy apps, and media companies. Its partners include Brazilian esports news portal Mais Esports, as well as bookmakers William Hill and LOOT.BET.

Recently, PandaScore also formed a partnership with the betting exchange Smarkets, which has integrated PandaScore’s odds feed to enhance its esports offerings
